How does guided meditation help Christians with weight loss?

When Tiger Woods is in motion to hit a ball he doesn’t think about his swing plane, stance, posture, wrist position, grip, tempo, hip and shoulder turn. It would be too confusing. He relies on muscle memory from the hours and hours of practice. Without continued practice Tiger would lose some of the muscle memory that keeps him sharp.
The world lies and deceives us to pull us in and separate us from God. One way is to tirick us to believe that gluttony and slothfulness is the path to peace and happiness. This message is thrown at us all day long by the world. We need a way to fight back. Guided meditation allows us to do this. We can fight back by practicing mental awareness. Golf is similar to Christianity and weight loss. It requires a certain mental memory to maintain our winning edge. Guided medtation is one way to maintain the psychological keenness we need to stay focused on being the Christians God desires for us and to stay on the path of health and weight loss.
Tiger has played golf his whole life, but he knows that he needs a certain amount of practice to maintain his excellence. The same is true for us. Most of us have had success lossing weight, but at some point we stopped practicing and we allowed the world to lead us. We know physically what we have to do, but it is the mental keenness that we lost. Guided meditation will give us back the mental awareness we need to continue our success. The one thing we need to do is to make it part of our practice schedule that keeps us sharp and on the right path.
