Deb Finnestad has been working one-on-one with clients or in groups for over 20 years! Her personal weight loss journey and her ongoing education has equipped her to help others to meet and exceed their wellness goals!
Deb’s passion is helping others to be the best that they can be! Her enthusiasm is infectious and she will not stop until you reach your wellness goals. Deb will come into your home and create a routine…just for you! Deb’s typical rate is $60/hour but she does offer some packages that help to reduce that rate.

Your initial consult ($99) includes:
- Body composition analysis
- Goal setting
- Review of CrossTrain’s food program
- Body measurements
- Before/after photos
- Personalized workout and training plans

* All packages must be paid in full every month and used in that month. All packages void after 2 months.
