EXERCISE CLASSES FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP!
CrossTrainFitness offers a wide-variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels. Our classes menu always includes classes that will focus on toning, strength, cardio, and stretching. Because we always want to keep things fresh and fun…we change our class options every two-months.
Joining a class is simple! Participants simply come to the class of their choice whenever they want to come. There is no roster…and no calling ahead. Just come to as many classes as you choose throughout the week!
If there is a specific class that you would like to see at CrossTrain…please let us know! We are here for YOU and happy to add classes at anytime.

Seniors – We are proud to offer a great program for “active seniors.” This program offers a great variety for all fitness levels. We take many insurance plans too! Our senior class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:00am. NO need to register…all are welcome.
