We are currently putting the final touches on an EXERCISE PROGRAM that you can do in your living rooms or in your local churches! This exercise program will offer you cutting edge exercises to help you shaped your body and lose weight too. We will put all of our exercise formats online complete with video footage to help you maintain proper form so that you prevent injuries and get the best results possible.
You will be able to download a new exercise format each and every month! This will keep you from getting bored and will offer you the best results. We need some variety in our exercise routine!

Nutrition Support
In order to be successful with weight loss, we must understand about basic nutrition. At CrossTrain Fitness, we believe in eating things in their most “natural form”. We encourage you to eat “the way God intended us to eat” as much as possible. This includes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole wheat and grains, proteins like lean meats, eggs and beans, and dairy products. Eating foods from these 5 food groups is one of the keys to losing weight and keeping it off. In the ebook, you will find many details about our recommended way of eating. In addition to learning about these 5 food groups you will also learn about portion control and eating “other” foods in moderation. This program allows you to eat all types of foods “some of the time”.
We will offer you many tools to help you “track” and identify your weak areas as well as your strong areas as it relates to the things that you are putting into your mouth. You will be able to download many tools that will help you to “track” your food intake and see what changes need to be made in the area of “food”.

Recipes
CrossTrain offers many healthy recipes that will help you eat healthy on our program. These recipes are basic and easy to prepare and you can get all the ingredients at your local grocery store. We have tried to help you by indicating the calorie content of each recipe as well as other nutritional information about each dish.
In addition to “regular” recipes, we have also included a set of recipes that are okay to eat while you in the “cleanse mode” of our program.

Yes…it is true. We are working on a personal training program that you can do online, in the privacy of your own home. This program is not for everyone but for those of you that need a little more “personalized” approach to weight loss, this option could be perfect for you! This is also a great option for the member that isn’t necessarily looking to lose weight but maybe is working on a certain goal…running a marathon, changing your eating specifically, etc.
