		<description>Deb, this recipe is very similar to one I have from Weight Watchers called Stuffed Green Pepper Soup.  Instead of leaving the peppers whole I cut them into pretty big chucks (there are people out there who do not like peppers-I know its hard to believe) so people can see them.  Then I use a little more tomato to make it souper,  It is really good.  Thanks for reminding me,  I am going to make this for potluck tomorrow,
